I wrote this during a Carolyn Conger 5 day consciousness seminar given at a ranch near Sacramento. The ranch owner was looking after her long absent son’s big gray dog Jesse. IN THE FIERCE, DEAR WINDS OF OUR SEARCHING,
IN THE DAUNTING ELUSIVENESS OF OUR POSSIBILITIES,
IN OUR THIRSTING AFTER AWARENESS ITSELF,
ARE WE OVERLOOKING

Just as our mental and physical energies are always moving between states of expansion and contraction, or activity and rest, the world around us, and in fact the whole universe, is doing the same.
